Whilst our DN9848 represents the absolute leading edge of digital system controllers, there are still numerous applications where a top-quality analogue device crossover is perfectly adequate, even preferable.

Such is the Klark Teknik DN800, like DN9848 providing four inputs and eight outputs in just one rack space. Configurable as 3 or 4-way stereo, or four x 2-way, by far the popular application for DN800s now is for controlling bi-amplified wedge monitors.

All popular slope types and values are available, as are limited EQ facilities. DN800s are shipped as standard with very high quality VCA limiters, and the cost of each unit includes a set of frequency cards to the customers’ own specification and requirements. Input balancing transformers are available if required.

Front panel controls for each band include mute, phase invert and band-edge phase adjustment, and all controls except gain and mute are covered by a recessed panel.

DN800 is band-limited to 30Hz to 20kHz as standard, but redesigns can be undertaken to suit certain esoteric applications if necessary.
